Purpose
KEBO Projects is a private tool operated by Dominik Jar / KEBOdesign for DTP, multimedia and e-learning projects. Only authorized users may access the working application. Contact: kebodesign@gmail.com.
User responsibilities
Users must protect their sign-in credentials and use the application within their authorization. They may upload and share only materials for which they have appropriate rights. Before approving quotes, exports or sharing, they must check the data, amounts and recipients.
Google Drive and sharing
Connecting Google Drive is optional. Operations act on the connected Google account. Folder sharing may also cover its contents and subfolders under Drive rules. Moving a folder to trash affects its contents. Users should check the selected item before acting. Disconnecting the integration does not automatically revoke existing sharing permissions.
Quotes, calendar and availability
The calendar and time measurements support work organization and do not independently change client agreements. Binding project terms follow the parties’ agreement. Integration availability depends on Google, hosting, account limits and valid authorization. The operator should maintain backups of the database, configuration and important materials.
Privacy and changes
Data processing is described in the privacy policy linked on this page. Changes affecting how Google data is used require updated disclosures and, where necessary, renewed consent. These terms do not limit rights under mandatory law.
